The double cone blender is an efficient and versatile machine to mix dry powder and granules homogeneously & widely used for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic products etc. It consists of a cylindrical shell with two conical frustums provided with opening for charging and discharging. A trickle-bed reactor is employed to check for macrokinetic phenomena inside of catalyst-containing structured packings.
