GENERAL CHARACTERISTICSThis is a product that properly catalyzed with the commended cure, 5003 ELwith a mixing ration, in volume, of 4 to 1, gives, once applied, a stiff, adhered andflexible film, easily sandpapered round the clock, however, when the temperatureis at 60ºC the film is fit to sandpaper two hour after applied.TYPICAL USESSpecially formulated for the car body treatments, as a sandpaper able primer,used before the application of the topcoat and the varnish.Its fast drying feature, allows the usage of the item shortly after being applied,although total cured is produce by internal reaction with the cure, that wonthappened before 24 hours from application, becoming then a stiff and resistantfilm.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICSThis is a two component primer made of epoxy resins, fluid, with excellentmoisturizing properties, specially commended for lesser porous concretesupports. Its aim is to ensure the perfect union between the support and thetechnical pavement chosen.TYPICAL USES / FIELDS OF APPLICATIONAs a union bridge between the technical pavements (epoxy and polyurethane)and concrete or mortar supports. Supportpreparation must be made mean specialized machinery: grinder, sandpapered ormiller using one or another depending on the support´s state.For the case of new concrete substrates, the application of EPOGOL® IMPRIMACIÓN shall wait at least 28 days since the beginning of the works. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS Anticorrosive epoxy polyamide primer with zinc phosphate and high body. Suitable for thick layer application. Long lasting primer and highly compatible with a great range of top-coats. Tie coat between inorganic zinc silicates (or simple zinc rich) and proper top-coats, such as epoxies or polyurethanes. Does not gives any toxicity problems, and high thickness are obtained in one hand. TYPICAL USES Highly recommended as an general epoxy primer on treated steel. Also recommended for the protection of structural steel, concrete, industrial equipments and corrosive exposed tanks exteriors.Marine environment: for decks, offshore platforms and related structures

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICSPure chlorinated-rubber primer in two different versions, laminar aluminum andanti-rust with high quality inhibited pigments.Gives medium to high thickness in one hand. Suitable for bare or pre-coated surfaces. Usable within a wide range of temperatures.TYPICAL USESIt is usually applied on the hulk of a ship, barges and presents a greatcompatibility with a wide variety of anti-incrust coatings.Being as such, is highly commendable for marine and immersion purposes ingeneral. It is suitable also for industrial use.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICSFast dry primer for alkyds or conventional finishes. It has within inhibitedpigments being enhanced with micronized iron oxide, making it also resistant tocorrosion. Excellent applicability with airless spray system. It is highlyrecommended for marine superstructures protection. Minimizes the possible corrosion between layers.TYPICAL USESHighly suitable for all elements services above water. Must be sealed within 7days maximum, with alkyd, chlorinated rubber or oily, in general, top coats.Being free from lead or chrome, this system can be in contact with alimentary products, although it is not recommended for immersion

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICSAcid product, specially formulated for the cleaning of substrates, contaminatedwith oil, grease or petroleum derivates.Commended for metal, concrete, and eventually for painted surfaces as well.Does not contain corrosive or caustic products neither chlorate derivates.TYPICAL USESIt is recommended to apply the products upon the surface to be treated such as metal or concrete, rinsing afterwards with water until the surface be completely clean.It holds great advantages upon traditional solvents.
