An auto reloading fuse (Repeater fuse), that can be fitted into any standard cut out fuse base. This is simply fitted under live conditions with a link/ hot stick. The original fuse tube is simply removed and relpaced with the repeater fuse. The original fuse tube is used as the first fuse of operation. Once the first fuse has blown it will drop out in the usual manner to identify that it needs to be replaced.This fuse can be replaced without interruption to the customer, once again by use of a link stick. There are huge measurable cost savings as the unit operates in a simmilar manner as a recloser.
