With two structures of bore cylindrical or tapered and retainers made of steel sheet or synthetic resins, the bearings are characteristic of their spherically formed outer ring raceways allowing for misalignment with in 3°deflection between inner ring and outer ring, so as to compensate concentricity and deflection errors.

Deep groove ball bearings mainly take radial load as well as take moderate axial load. With less coefficient of friction, high limiting speed, large size range and variations of structure, they are suitable for precision instruments, low noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles, and other common machinery, as a widely used type of bearings in machinery industry.

With the same center as the bearing , the spherically formed outer ring raceway can make self-alignment . Their rolling elements linearly come into contact with the raceways of inner ring and outer ring . The bearings can take great radial load , suitable for heavy machinery used in mining , metallurgical , paper-making and construction , etc .

Feature Normal duty pillow block, 4-bolt flange, and 2-bolt flange bearings are available in set screw and eccentric types. Light duty 2-bolt flange bearings are also available in set screw and eccentric types. We also carry tapped base pillow blocks and take-up units.

Feature Spherical roller bearings have two raceways on inner ring, spherical raceway on outer ring and spherical roller. These bearings are self-aligned. They can accommodate radial load and axial load in double directions. Applications Suitable for heavy load and shock load carrying.

Cylindrical roller bearings are separable formed bearings. The rollers of cylindrical roller bearings have linear contact with the raceway, so the bearings can carry heavier radial load. Applications Suitable for heavy load, shock load and by high-speed rotation.

Thrust spherical roller bearings are separable formed bearings. They are self-aligned. These bearings are featured by the mounting error and bending of the shaft.

Tapered roller bearings are separable formed bearings. They have taper-formed raceways on the outer rings, and have taper-formed rollers between raceways. These bearings can accommodate radial-axial combined loads replying mainly on radial load. Their rollers, cage and inner ring are called as cone, outer ring are named as cup. Cone and cup can be mounted respectively.

Normal duty pillow block, 4-bolt flange, and 2-bolt flange bearings are available in set screw and eccentric types. Light duty 2-bolt flange bearings are also available in set screw and eccentric types. We also carry tapped base pillow blocks and take-up units.

Angular contact ball bearings can accommodate both radial & axial loads simultaneously, and axial loads in one direction, with limit rotational speeds higher. The greater the contact angular, the higher the axial load carrying capacity of the bearings.

The PRS turntable bearing is a kind of combined bearing with axial and radial cylindrical roller .It is composed of two thrust roller bearing and a face-to-face cylindrical roller bearing. It carries axial and radial pre-load. There are many bolt holes in the inner ring and outer ring in order to transportation and installment. The whole bearing adopts locating bolt to fix .It is most suitable to apply to machine tools or other precise machinery rotary working table or graduated disc.
