Linear motion guide assembly consists of rail?block?balls?retainer?recirculator(reverse unit)?sealing gasket and side panel (see Fig.1). When the block moves in a linear direction relative to the rail, balls run along four raceway grooves which have been quenched and precisely finished. In the top of the block, balls again pass through the recirculator(reverse unit) into reciprocating hole then into raceway repeatedly. The recirculator(reverse unit) has rubber-sealing gasket on both sides to eliminate dust and keep foreign material away.

Thrust ball bearings consist of a shaft washer, a housing washer and a ball and cage thrust assembly. The bearings are separable so that mounting is simple as the washers and the ball and cage assembly can be mounted separately. thrust ball bearings, as their name suggests, can accommodate axial loads in one direction and thus locate a shaft axially in one direction. They must not be subjected to any radial load.

Taper roller bearings have tapered inner and outer ring raceways between which tapered rollers are arranged. The projection lines of all the tapered surfaces meet at a common point on the bearing axis. Their design makes taper roller bearings particularly suitable for the accommodation of combined (radial and axial) loads. Taper roller bearings are generally separable, i.e. the cone, consisting of the inner ring with roller and cage assembly, can be mounted separately from the cup (outer ring).

spherical plain bearings have an inner ring with a sphered convex outside diameter and an outer ring with a correspondingly sphered but concave inside surface. Their design makes them particularly suitable for bearing arrangements where alignment movements between shaft and housing have to be accommodated, or where oscillating or recurrent tilting or slewing movements must be possible at relatively slow sliding speeds.

Deep groove ball bearing are particularly versatile. They are simple in design, non-separable, suitable for high and even very high speeds and are robust in operation, requiring little maintenance. Deep raceway grooves and the close conformity between the raceway grooves and the balls enable deep groove ball bearings to accommodate axial loads in both directions, in addition to radial loads, even at high speeds. Single row deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used bearing type.

Angular contact ball bearings have raceways in the inner and outer rings that are displaced with respect to each other in the direction of the bearing axis. This means that they are designed to accommodate combined loads, i.e. simultaneously acting radial and axial loads. The axial load carrying capacity of angular contact ball bearings increases with increasing contact angle.

cylindrical roller bearings in many designs, dimension series and sizes. The majority are single row bearings with a cage. Single and double row full complement bearings (without cage). Bearings with a cage can accommodate heavy radial loads and operate at high speeds. Full complement bearings are suitable for very heavy radial loads at moderate speeds.
