Acrylic fiber braided packing

Aramid (Kevlar) packing is made of braids of Aramid fiber, a strong organic substance, which are impregnated with PTFE dispersion and lubricant. This material is suitable for use as dynamic sealing in medias that contain solid particles. Application conditions: 1) Max. working temperature: -100 ~ 260oC 2) Max. working pressure: 25.0Mpa 3) pH value: 2 - 13 4) Linear speed: 0 - 10m/s Inner packing: 5 or 10kg/roll Outside packing: in cartons or wooden cases

PTFE braided packing is made of raw film twists of pure PTFE dispersion resins. This material is suitable for valves and pumps used in food processing, pharmaceuticals, paper mills and fiber plants; in applications where high purity and corrosion resistance are required. Carbon fiber packing with graphite is woven of strong carbon fiber after softening treatment and impregnation with a mixture of fine graphite powder, PTFE dispersion and lubricant. Being strong, static and heat- conductive, this material is widely used with revolving or reciprocating pumps in which chemical corrosive media and particle grains exist. RS-5011 Non-asbestos beater sheet with low density, high performance gasket material designed for elevated temperature applications. It is composed of a blend of asbestos fibre, inorganic fillers nitrile binder. This provides the material with good torque retentions when combined with a metal core. RS-5012 Asbestos Latex Sheet use to the automobile, agricultural machinery, motorcycle,engineering machinery,etc., the medium is the lubricating oil , the spacer material under 150 centigrade of suitable temperature.
