This series of products is made from expanded flexible flake graphite as basic material, mixing with cotton fiber, glass fiber, synthetic fiber, metal alloy wire (respectively) and proper binding agent, then through specially designed technological process. The braided packing made of these flexible graphite yarn reinforced by different kind of fibers and metal alloy wires, are suitable for sealing under different media, circumstances, temperature and pressure. Furthermore, for using these products under severely corrosive circumstances upon the demands of customers, inhibitors of corrosion can be added into the graphite yarn for making the properties of the graphite sealing parts more perfect.

Description:CAZ 450 PTFE Gasket is molded or skived or cut from virgin PTFE powder or compounds, sheets, rods, tube etc. It has the best chemical corrosion resistance among known plastics. Without being aging, lowest friction coefficient, wear resistance. The unloaded operating temperature range is -180~+260C. CONSTRUCTION: CAZ 450F is PTFE gasket used filler materials such as glass fiber, carbon fiber and graphite etc. The filled PTFE has improved compression strength, better abrasion resistance, high thermal conductivity and lower thermal expansion compared with pure PTFE products. Several types of PTFE gaskets are produced to meet the most demanding application.

Description:Y254 CGFO yarn is made by CAZ special technique, it is different with traditional gPTFE yarn, double layers of graphited ePTFE with graphite sandwich. It contains more graphite content compared with normal gPTFE yarn, and no free particles of graphite on surface and therefore no contamination can occur. it has very low friction and good thermal conductivity of graphite, it almost suits for most of chemical media. It is Economical CGFO APPLICATION: For use in pumps, valves, reciprocating and rotating shafts, mixers and agitators. Especially designed for services involving surface speeds and temperature higher than those normally specified for pure PTFE packings. Can be safely used in all chemical pump applications with the exception of molten alkali metals, fluoride, fuming nitric acid and other strong oxidizing agents. It is also against water, steam, petroleum derivatives, vegetable oil and solvents.

Product Name:Graphited PTFE Packing Item:CAZ-254 Braided from graphited PTFE (gPTFE) plain yarn. The packing is soft, with low density There are no free particles of graphite on surface and therefore no contamination can occur. Both are economical "CGFO".
