This line is to produce sandwich panels, which has 2 layers of steel skins and 1 layer of foamed polyurethane. The panel has fine appearance, firm structure and good insulation. The line consistes 3 sections, roll forming section, chemical reaction section and delivery section. The roll forming section is to decoil and shape the exterior steel skin into the requests. The most important chemical reaction section is apply raw material of polyurethane on the skin and make a chemical reaction while the raw material is passing through the Double Slat Conveyor by heating. The delivery section is to cut the sandwich panel into the required length and deliver it outside. When the buyer asks, we supply cooling device, autostacker, wrapping and banding machine as well. This machine is designed to produce prefabricated panel for factories, storehouses and houses. Using EPS Board, the panel has good insulation and light and easy to assmble. The panel line is controlled electrically and it is easy to control the product profile and manufacturing capacity. The machine cuts the panel with the same speed of production speed so that there is little error of cutting. It is designed to upgrade the machinery in accordance with the buyer's requests.
