Viromet 349 solder wire is incorporated with high wetting capability yet extremely reliable halides-free core flux, clf-5033. The flux effectively reduces the surface tension of lead-free alloys and is suitable for reqork, touch-up, manual and robotic soldering applications. Its no-clean formation does not required cleaning after soldering. Advantages of viromet 349 solder wires: - fast soldering speed - clear and transparent residue - excellent for point/brush soldering and robotic soldering - minimal flux spattering - available in various standard Diameter sizes up to 0.25mm finest diameter.

To attain high standards in electro plating, virgin grade materials are used in the manufacture of solder/tin anodes. Singapore asahi offers high purity anodes which withstand high current density operation and ensure uniform anode depletion. A wide range of anode shapes are available for customer selection to suit individual plating process parameter. Solder/tin anodes can be casted in a variety of shapes according to specific requirements. Two of the common types are solder ball anode and half ball anode. Solder ball is available in various diameter being 0.75 inches,0.875 inches,1 inch and 15 mm. Half ball anode is similiar to solder ball anode except that the ball is seperated into two halves for a larger surface area consideration.
