Rubber Magnet is one kind of the Ferrite magnet series. It is priorly compounded by felted ferrite power and synthetic rubber, and then processed with many techniques such as squeezing, pressing, extending, and injecting. After that, it can be soft, elastic and torturable. Also, it can be processed to be strip, roll, slice and all kinds of complex shapes.

The main raw materials of Sintered Ferrite include BaFe12O19 and SrFe12O19. It can be divided into isotropic magnet and anisotropic magnet according to different tropism of magnet crystal. It becomes one of the most widely used magnets at present for its low price and moderate magnet capability.

1) Nd2Fe14B is made of metal neodymium, iron, boron and other microelements. It is the third generation of magnet material exploited in the 1980s, which is called “ The king of magnet ” for its highest magnetic energy product. It is divided into Sintered NdFeB and Bonded NdFeB according to the different processing technique. The shapes of the products include square ( length, width: 0.8mm-100mm, the length of magnet’s charging direction: 0.8mm-50mm ), round and ring ( outer diameter: 1.0mm-150mm, inner diameter: 1.0mm-45mm, height: 0.8mm-34mm ). We can also produce segment and arc, sphere and abnormity. Because NdFeB is weak in causticityproof, its surface must be coated. According to the customers’ requirements, the coating can be gold, zinc, nickel or epoxy resin.

NdFeB, the third generation of rare-earth permanent magnet, is the most powerful and advanced commercialized permanent magnet today. NdFeB has the high remanence, high coercive force, high-energy product and high performance/cost ratio, It can be formed into various sizes and widely used in many fields such as aviation, electronics, instruments, meters, machine, medical instrument and the like. It is especially suitable for the development of high-performance, compact and light products. A variety of coatings can be applied to the NdFeB magnets' surface to overcome the principle drawback of neodymium-based magnets, their tendency to corrode easily.
