According to the statement made by Mr. Fukano PHD of Tokyo Institute of Technology, "scientists have long been searching for a clean, safe, effective and abundant type of energy that replaces petroleum, nuclear energy, and serves as an ideal medical treatment. If we could extract this energy, we can convert it into electricity and Bio-energy. " The existence of "Universal energy" has been admitted by U. S. A. Scientist Association in the 26th "Energy Conversion Technology Conference" held in Boston, U. S. A. In August 1991.
At present, the resources of the Earth is exhausting, synthetic drugs have reached its bottleneck in treating new diseases, and most people have limited understanding toward environmental protection and natural therapy.
