Detailed Product Description

Continuous brazing started from developed country in 1970s. We bought a brazing furnace in 2003. The brazing process can be used for stainless steel soldering, carbon steel soldering, copper brass soldering and composite brazing by the industries of automobile, air conditioning, water heater.
Aluminum brazing is the new soldering technology, which depend much on the equipment and the process. We have a lot of experience on aluminum brazing.
The components we brazed before as follows: fuel rail regulator, water heater, oil rail, copper seal valve, pressure sensor, carbon gear, coffee pot, heat exchanger, motor clutch, belt wheel, heat sink, water radiator, diesel pipe and so on. Also we provide the brazing for customer.
