Step 3 shows layered on Scene Setter Decorations. Create your own scenes for any designs.How to create your custom room? It's easy. Start with one of the three Scene Setter Room Rolls (or combine two), then choose from one of the three Borders, and finally pick any of the Scene Setter Decorations to layer over.
