HERE ARE OUR GUIDELINES TO SERIOUSA BUYERS THAT WOULD WANT TO PURCHASER THE ABOVE THRU AND FROM US: TO SIGN CONTRACT FOR NBLCO, 2MILLION BARRELS PER MONTH.


1. Buyer sign contract of product supply.
2. Buyer- establish a payment instrument Revolving in his Bank L/C or DLC or BG. etc. then give a copy to me with attach letter instructing my bank to request for the instrument by sending their a/c directly to the buyer's bank i.e Bank to Bank. the LC should be addressed to WEST ENERGY LIMITED. no banking details please.
3. Upon receipt of buyers instrument and vessel details - within 72hrs, buyers vessel will be loaded.
4. METHOD BY TTT, FOB To start with.
