Terms of Payment :
By a confirmed irrevocable DLC, issued by a primeworld bank
Buyer also has to give a supporting Bank Guarantee equal to value of first shipment, valid for 1 year. Payment for 1st shipment deferred to be paid together with last shipment. Payment using DLC from second shipment onwards. BG will be returned to buyer end of contract.
Payment in US$ currency only
Seller will provide 2% Performance Bond for total value of Letter of Credit

Minimum Quantity : 30,000 MT per month
