Low Cost but High Performance The type R680 is not subject to the hang up characteristics of pusher seals or the inertia present in many bellows seals. Type R680 design ends the clogging ploblems that plague spring-loaded seals. Its compression, expansion and centrifugal motions simply throw off suspended particles of material. The seal is inherently pressure-balanced, requireing no step in shaft or sleeves and reducing seal face wear.
