Buyer signs Coal Offer (FCO) for acceptance and sends it back and issued LOI on buyers letterhead signed by dated 7 days or less with specifications, quantity, payment system, shipment date, discharge port, price in order, whom to be shipped and bank details.
Seller issued Draft Contract.
Buyer returns signed contract to be considered as original.
Seller issues 4 (four) hard copies of the contra
