| This system is suitable for the calendering production of flow mark free rigid PVC plastics packaging sheet, printing sheet and plastics stretch sheet (patent no.: 2006200395702). 1. This system is composed of five (six)-roller calender, peel-off feeder, three-roller calender and auxiliary cooling machine 2. This system is suitable for the production of rigid PCV sheet in the thickness of 0.08-1.20mm with the thickness tolerance ≤0.005mm 3. Calender rolls adopt independent driving in conjunction with special hard gear reducer; options include preload, anti-curving device and hydraulic axle crossover device 4. The calender rolls adopts independent AC servo motor drive; it can be individually regulated or jointly regulated by following the calender |
