| | | This device is designed to crush tires into blocks of 50 x 50 cm for further processing.
It is formed with in feed funnel, motor, gear transmission system, crushing chamber, classifier, main body.
Working principle: The blades in the crushing chamber are driven turning by the main motor to shear the tires with outer diameter less than 1.2m from the in feed funnel.
During the shearing process, blocks less than or equal to 50 x 50mm are filtered out through the screen, bigger size will be send back for crush again until smaller than the above mentioned size.

Working Princeple:
