PET bottle Our blowing moulds were manufactured by adopting the CNC technology to ensure the good shape of the bottles without seams. We also manufacture the PET & PC preform and bottles for our customers. Most of our preforms are customized by the buyers. Our principle is "quality first and service prior". PET preform The quality of the hot runner is the key factor affecting the preformance of the preform moulds. The hot runners were designed by introducing the high technology from the foreign countries and in consideration of the domestic customer needs. The non cutting gate is designed for the moulds. The temperatures for hot runner nozzles were individually controlled. This technology is first used in China at present.

PET mould( bottle-blowing mould and preform injection mould), cap mould. Our principle is 'To serve the customer heart and soul'. We have already developed 48-cavity moulds and 32 -cavity cap moulds, which are designed and manufactured with the help of CAD/CAM system. We successfully developed and supplied our customers the one step moulds for the Japanese machines (from injection to blowing,such as Nissei&Aoki), which drew the appraisal from the buyers for its good quality .After many years’ effort ,We have a good command of good technical knowledge. On the basis of ISO9001 Quality control system we had achieved office automation and Information network systemization step by step.
