We are in the search of an investor or a financer for the realization of a vast real project in Ivory Coast.
Here our offer:
- Required Financing: 1 000 000 $US
- Guarantee of the financing: Mortgage and hypothecation on the ground which will be used to build the first 150 residences
- Annual Rate of remuneration: 18% of the capital invest. That is to say 180 000 $US
- Mode of refunding:
5 years left again as follows:
* at the end of 2007: 180 000 $US
* at the end of 2008: 580 000 $US (Either 50% of the capital invest + 18% of the interest rate)
* at the end of 2009: 580 000 $US (Either 50% of the capital invest + 18% of the interest rate)
* at the end of 2010: 180 000 $US
* at the end of 2011: 180 000 $US
Total Refunding at the end of the 5th year: 1 900 000 $US.
