CRUDE OIL TERMINALS (HUMBER) LIMITED enter into a negotiation with one of the authorized major marketer to purchase crude oil vide our letter of intent (LOI) and consequently we are giving a monthly allocation of 2 Million Barrels of Saudi Light Crude for a period of one year (2 Million Barrels Allocation Per Month)

Our Company is prepared to transfer through reassignment letter approved by the DPPMM committee, the allocation to your company after all necessary arrangement is completed. Our transaction code shall also be sent across immediately you are able to complete your registration with the Ministry of Petroleum Resources
