Detailed Product Description
Our company is seeking to have manufactured oval shaped leak-proof steel containers with lids, and carrying handles. The first order will be for 1000 containers. Details are provided in the attached drawings. We are open to suggestions, including varying the design and materials used in order to reduce production costs and improve quality. The walls, bottom, and lid of the container should be made of 22-24 gauge cold rolled steel. A rustic, used appearance is our intention, as long as the container does not leak. The top rim of the cantainer and the bottom and the inside of the lid may have to be galvanized in order to prevent leaking. The main dimenstions of the container are as follows:
top length: 34 cm
top width: 25 cm
bottom length: 30 cm
bottom width: 20-22cm
height: 11cm
leg height: 1 cm, width: 2-4cm
handle size: length and width sufficient to fit around the container and meet in the middle above the container.
