Detailed Product Description
With Many years R&D, our factory has firstly initiated a new technique, production double metal composite pipe and special steel pipe. Our factory has exploited many high quality composite pipes with various complex materials. Comparing with the traditional processing of seamless pipe, this producing process is shorter, the products size precision is higher after extrusion and cold rolled, the rate of finished product is higher, especially the cost and technical advantage is higher in producing high quality steel and double metal composite pipe. These products can satisfy the demand of oil, gas, chemical, high temperature furnace pipeline, power station coal, mine and tailing transportation etc.
1. Sizes of extrusion steel pipe: O.D.: 76-219mmWT: 6-30mm Length: 2-10m (length correlates to O.D. and WT)
2. The thickness of CRA composite layer to be 1/4-1/2 of the thickness of pipe (can be adjusted by customers’ demand)
