Appearance:white powder
Use: It can be used in expanding fireproof material, such as polyurethane, UP resin and epoxy
resin. Also used in the retardant of fibre, wood and plastic. APP is main ingredient of expanding
retardant thermoplastic because of its high molecular weight and good heat stabilization.
Especially used in the PP achieving UL94-V0 for electronic unit.
Feature:
1. App101: low hygroscopic after surface treatment; Ph value is basic; low water solubility.
2. APP103: expanding-type halogen-free flame retardant especially for polypropylene, containing no
PBB, biphenyl oxide and toxic heavy metal.
3. App201: mainly used in PE, EVA etc. It hasoutstanding dispersivity and fluidity in the resin and
remains original mechanic performance of resin within the EU ROHS standard.
