Much of yunnan's best green tea is sun-dried and steam-pressed for aging so that the flavor develops over many years. Yunnan (row) green pu-erh cake is comprised of superior sun-dried green tea, with shinny luster and strong scent. It is perfectly fine to drink as it is, and over the years, the tea will become a smooth traditonally aged pu-erh that looks more red than green.
