Fullywelded ball valve Body: Made of carbon steel. Joining parts are strongly welded by inert-gas metal-arc welding method to insure absolute tight-ness and stress. Ball: Made of high quality stainless steel. Since the accurate surface polishing work is performed by confirming and correcting the accuracy, smooth and easy operation ensured without surface plating or coating. Seal: Made of semi-permanent carbonized ptfe (teflon) which is highly resistant to chemicals, temperature change and friction. Stem: Made of high quality stainless steel. Stem is thoroughly connected to the body from inside for assembly and thus it will not blow-out, two 0-rings (viton) are used prevent leakage. The valve has an all-welded body and is fitted with reinforced ptfe (teflon) seals which are long-lasting against frequent operation, impurities and chemicals.
