Cooling Band as a unit of powder coating product line, is composed of cooling-sheeting rolls, artificial rubber band conveyor and crusher. The kneaded thermal material output from extruder is sheeted by two rolls at thickness of 1-1. 5mm. The sheeted tape material is transported to crusher by conveyor and cooled by dried cooling air continually. The crushed flake material falls down to the hopper.
