VACUUM SHRINK TUBING/BAG Vacuum shrink tubing/bag is 5 layer bi-orientated co-extruded vacuum heat shrink tube (also available in bag form). Due to its multi-layer capability, casing is shrinkable, and has a higher barrier for oxygen and water vapor, and excellent heat sealing properties.All the raw materials are imported and FDA approved with no chemical solvents. High quality printing is available, and image is maintained even after shrinkage and cooking. In addition, vacuum shrink bags are made using imported technology which allows for round bottom heat-seal as well as perforated cuts, offering convenience to customers. Vacuum shrink tubing/bag has a medium shrink rate and lower shrink temperature. Film will start to shrink from 40 C onwards,and achieves over 30% shrink rate when put in 90 C hot water for 5 seconds. The higher barrier property of film gives products longer shelf-life, and is a popular choice for fresh red meat, poultry, seafood, ham/bacon, and cheeses.
