Feature
The equipment has high magnetic induction intensity, and can be applied with various model belts according to the customers demands. It saves energy, increases processing ability of the ore-separation factory and prolongs the time of tailing dam to use.
This kind of magnetic separator has been developed for separation of coarse ferromagnetic ores with feed particle sizes up to 35mm to produce lump ore concentrates, pre-concentrates and to reject coarse gangue. The rubber belt which connects magnetic drum and the big pulley is supported by idlers under the belt in order to absorb the heavy feed impact. The drive unit is mounted at the rear drum and can be comprised of a speed reducer, belts, pulleys and motor. Depending on process conditions or type of ore, a variable speed drive can be supplied.
