1. Strong demulsifying and dewatering capability, which easily removes the large quantity of water in oil as well as to remove the minimal amount of water in oil.
2. Strong impurity removing capability, supported by its special filtration material which enhance the filtration area and precision. The large area and intensive precise filtration material can remove the granules in the oil and meanwhile its automatic back flushing function can automatically clean the large quantity of residual impurities withheld by filter, which serves as a substitute for system cleaning device and can bring a seriously contaminated oil system back to normal.
Use
To be used for demulsifying of lubricating oil, separation of large quantity of water and removal of minimal amount of water in oil, elimination of the granules in the oil to recover the performance of lubricating oil.
Technical parameters
Flow:10-500l/min
Water content in oil: <100ppm

1. Zyd series are manufactured as per a standard which goes beyond the Chinese legal mandates;one-tme filtration can reach a breakdown voltage of more than 70kv, which reduces the oil aging problem existing with normal purifiers as caused by repeated heating.
2. Fast removal of minimal amount of water and various gases in oil, which ensure the content of acetylene to be zero, it can also serve as vacuum oil filler and dryer for transformer.
3. Automatic control can be achieved, which offers long operation and safe and reliable operation.
Use
To be used for treatment to new oil, imported oil and super hv transformer oil, shortening the oil treating duration of installation and maintenance of transformer.
Technical parameters
Flow:30-500l/min
Breakdown voltage: >70kv
Water content in oil: <5ppm
Gas content in oil: <0.1%
Impurity granularity: < 3 um
Operating noise: < 65-85db
Power supply:50hz/380v
