Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving and confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) 100% at SIGHT for the value of shipment 100% payable upon delivery at Seller's nominated Load Port(s).
Special Condition:
Letter of Intent/RWA is subject to final approval and agreement by both Seller and Buyer, and all the terms and conditions herein, as well as the subsequent Contract of Sale, including any amendment or variation thereof, all of which has to be reduced in writing and signed by both Seller and Buyer.
