Cap The non cutting sprue PE hot runner designs used frequently abroad were applied to the design of our cap mould hot runners. The spring type electric heating ring & beryllium copper wire &individual control for the Nozzle temperature were adopted for the hot runner design. Under the fully automatic mode, the frequent operations by manpower aren’t needed so that the labor cost will be reduced. The key parts of the moulds (Core, Cavity, neck mould) are made of the stainless steel imported from Germany and heat treated (HRC45),which was processed in the turning center in order to ensure the quality of the components so that they can be matched. The preformance of cap moulds are stable and have good result, which can rival the products of the foreign counterparts. The production capability of 32-cavity moulds can reach 270,000 PCS per 24 hours.

PET bottle Our blowing moulds were manufactured by adopting the CNC technology to ensure the good shape of the bottles without seams. We also manufacture the PET & PC preform and bottles for our customers. Most of our preforms are customized by the buyers. Our principle is "quality first and service prior". PET preform The quality of the hot runner is the key factor affecting the preformance of the preform moulds. The hot runners were designed by introducing the high technology from the foreign countries and in consideration of the domestic customer needs. The non cutting gate is designed for the moulds. The temperatures for hot runner nozzles were individually controlled. This technology is first used in China at present.

PET mould( bottle-blowing mould and preform injection mould), cap mould. Our principle is 'To serve the customer heart and soul'. We have already developed 48-cavity moulds and 32 -cavity cap moulds, which are designed and manufactured with the help of CAD/CAM system. We successfully developed and supplied our customers the one step moulds for the Japanese machines (from injection to blowing,such as Nissei&Aoki), which drew the appraisal from the buyers for its good quality .After many years’ effort ,We have a good command of good technical knowledge.
